My Cocoon

I never wish for a life in a cocoon of any kind. It's some kind of half death to me.
But today, I wish I could stay longer in my cocoon of knitting pleasure and don't have to go to work. I'm nursing my cold.
I cast on Cocoon yesterday using my own hand dyed yarn Violetta.The pattern is in a new book from Tanya Alpert " Haiku Knit", a simple design with interesting twist cables.
Let see how it looks when I finish it.
