Chocolate and Yarn and a Super Cool Husband

Kim did some grocery shopping early this morning for our New Year's Eve dinner.
These are what he brought in that made me so happy:
Chocolate cake from our favorite bakers at The Valley Bakery, notice the "years", of course we will have more than one happy new year.


Madeline Tosh Pashmina Peppermint Patty delivered to our mailbox. They are so soft and so gorgeous in such a "pretty in pink" hue. The silk really gives the yarn a very soft sheen.
I never wish for anything more.
